It's not just for Spike. It's for any characters/pairings you can think of within the BtVS/AtS world. Crossovers are also allowed in certain fandoms, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, True Blood and any Vampire from anywhere as long as one half of the pairing is a BtVS/AtS character.

For authors the minimum word count is only 2,000 words
For artists the minimum requirement is one large piece (wallpaper, banner or manip)
